Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the United Kingdom.

What are your shipping costs?
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) - Monday to Friday
  • Order Handling Time: 2 - 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit Time: 3 - 6 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Total Delivery Time: 5 - 9 Business Days
  • Shipping Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Are your product images accurate?
We make every effort to display our suits, shirts, ties, and belts as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color may occur depending on your device's screen settings.

How do I choose the correct size?
